FOREWORD
The Working Commission, W-65, Organization and Management of Construction
of the International Council for Building Research Studies Documentation,
(CIB) , has completed the compilation of the second edition of a directory
of experts throughout the world on the subject of the Commission. This
directory identifies 73 experts located in 20 countries. The biographic
information on each expert includes his major areas of research interests
a description of his professional experience, his publications and honors
The intent of this directory is to identify these experts to the con-
struction community at large in order to foster the interchange among
experts by providing ready access to each other who have mutual research
interests. The directory can also serve as a listing of some of the most
influential writings in the world on the subject.
W-65 intends to update the directory on a regular basis. Biographies of
additional experts are welcomed; they should be forwarded to Dr. L. R.
